Martin Bailey

Real Property Manager

Martin Bailey has over 30 years of experience in the fields of real estate and property management, along with the development of real estate assets.  He has also served as a Director on several Native American Councils, and other organizations promoting prudent land resource management and economic development. Martin has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business Management from California Polytechnic State University at Pomona.

As Real Property Manager, Martin has been has been with the firm for 19 years and is directly responsible for personnel and activities related to the acquisition of land, land rights (including right of way easements), and real property entitlements for the Project.  He also manages the tasks of direct employees, contractors, and third-party consultants who assist with acquisitions of various land rights and other real property matters.
