Cindy Freeman

Operations Manager

Cindy Freeman joined SouthWestern Power Group in 2008. Mrs. Freeman has a background in project management, environmental studies, and federal and state permitting on SouthWestern Power Group generation and transmission projects. Currently, she serves as the Operations Manager and is responsible for the execution of all development projects. In this role, she leads the project management team and directs the daily operations of all Southwestern Power Group departments.

Mrs. Freeman received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona.
