Christopher Moscardelli

Director of Finance and Capital Markets

Chris has over 30 years of experience in the development, financing, and construction of critical large-scale energy and infrastructure assets. He joined Southwestern Power Group in 2026 to manage all aspects of capital raising. Over the course of his career, Chris has provided general project development strategy, originated and executed several landmark project finance transactions, and led commercial and financial contract structuring and negotiations focusing on power generation, electric transmission, renewable energy, and oil and gas projects throughout the Americas.

A registered Professional Engineer in the state of Massachusetts, Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a member of the Varsity Football team. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in finance from Columbia Business School.
