Cindy Freeman

Environmental Manager

Mrs. Freeman has been part of the development team since 2008 when permitting efforts were initiated. As the Environmental Manager for the El Rio Sol Project, Mrs. Freeman’s primary responsibility is oversight of all environmental evaluations and field surveys needed to support acquisition of federal, state and local permits and approvals.

Mrs. Freeman received a B.A. from the University of Arizona.
