Senior Project Manager

Frank serves as a Senior Project Manager, where he plays a role in the development of large-scale power transmission and generation projects. He manages engineering subcontractors focused on substations and power systems while supporting the utility interconnection process for new developments. Leveraging his 15+ years of expertise in power systems, Frank supports early-stage development for power generation and transmission projects, integrating emerging technologies like battery storage and fuel cells. Before joining SouthWestern Power Group, Frank served as Vice President of a power engineering consulting firm, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and a diverse project portfolio in the power industry.

Frank is a Registered Professional Engineer with a master’s in engineering management from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
